THE THREE MUSKETEERS!
Margaret (Maggie) O’Connor worked at the University Club of Montreal for 13 years as assistant to the legendary Louis Fernandes. After moving to Ontario for a number of years and changing careers to Pharmacy, she has returned to Quebec to combine her culinary skills with a passion for serving and helping others.
Steven (Steve) Gerroir is Maggie’s brother. He has been a cook in many of Ontario’s chain restaurants for the past 20 years such as Casey’s, Lone Star and Shoeless Joe’s. His ability to improvise and take care of large groups of customers at one time makes his role at the inn smooth and easy.
John O’Connor is a retired teacher from Toronto. He has come to Quebec with Maggie to assist in her new adventure. He is the Master of All Trades at the inn, has now learned the cooking arts and is almost bilingual now.
