This massage combines the soothing and nurturing moves of the Esalen (Californian) massage, with Reiki and "Your Life Path" reading. The Esalen massage consists of fluid continuous enveloping movements that can gently target deep tissues and work out tensions in a gentle way. It increases body awareness and allows for a state of openness, relaxation and letting go.
It improves our physical and emotional health tremendously, profoundly relaxes and appeases the body, releases muscular tensions, improves the circulation of organic liquids, oxygenizes the tissues and softens the articulations.

Reiki     
In Reiki, the healing energy is allowed to flow into us, and then we, act as a vehicle - through which this energy can be passed on to another individual via our hands. It becomes natural to touch someone and allow this healing energy to flow when someone is in pain, and to assist in relieving this pain. A Reiki treatment restores balance and harmony to the whole person, bringing about a sense of wellness.
